    How to manage a severely calcified canal in a 45-year-old patient?

    I am treating a maxillary first premolar. The chamber is accessible, but the buccal canal is completely calcified after 5mm. I am using size 8 C-Pilot files with EDTA but unable to progress. Any tips on navigation or specific burs to use without causing perforation? I have attached the pre-operative X-ray.
